The StarTech.com ST122HD4K 4K HDMI 2-Port Video Splitter is a professional 1-input, 2-output HDMI distribution device designed to duplicate a single HDMI audio/video source across two displays simultaneously. It supports Ultra HD 4K resolution at up to 30 Hz and is suitable for digital signage, conference rooms, classrooms, retail displays, healthcare facilities, presentations, and home or commercial AV installations. The splitter is backward compatible with lower HDMI resolutions, allowing it to integrate with existing 1080p and 720p display equipment.

The ST122HD4K uses HDMI 1.4 connectivity and supports resolutions up to 3840 x 2160 at 30 Hz, along with 2560 x 1600, 1920 x 1200, 1920 x 1080, and 1280 x 720 formats. It also supports 7.1-channel digital audio, allowing compatible HDMI sources to distribute both video and multichannel audio to the connected displays.
