Description

The Wooden Camera Safety NATO Bracket for Canon C70 is a precision-machined side mounting bracket designed to enhance the functionality and rigidity of the Canon EOS C70 camera rig. It attaches securely to the Wooden Camera Top Plate and the camera body, creating a stable NATO rail for mounting compatible handles, clamps, monitors, and other accessories. The bracket incorporates multiple 1/4"-20 and ARRI-style 3/8"-16 threaded mounting points for expanded accessory support. About the Wooden Camera Safety NATO Bracket for Canon C70

The Wooden Camera Safety NATO Bracket for the Canon C70 (SKU: A20009) is a specialized, modular rigging accessory designed to add a quick-release left-side mounting rail to the Canon EOS C70 cinema camera. It is specifically engineered to bolt directly into the side of the Wooden Camera Canon C70 Top Plate.

Because the Canon C70 features a unique, DSLR-style body rather than a traditional boxy cinema chassis, it severely lacks native mounting points on its left side. For operators who don't want to add the bulk and weight of a full wrap-around camera cage, mounting essential side accessories—like a wireless video transmitter, a monitor arm, or an articulating side handle—is highly problematic. This bracket solves the issue by dropping a rigid, industry-standard NATO rail down the left side of the camera. It provides instant quick-release capabilities for accessories while simultaneously protecting the camera's delicate data ports via an integrated cable clamp.
