ZOLAR CT001 Remote Controller Unit

The ZOLAR CT001 Remote Controller Unit is a professional lighting-control and power interface designed for ZOLAR LED fixtures, including the Blade 120C series. It provides local control of compatible ZOLAR lighting fixtures while also serving as an interface between the light head, external power supply, and V-Mount battery system. The controller is intended for professional film, television, broadcast, studio, and location-production environments where centralized fixture control and flexible power options are required.

The CT001 incorporates a physical control interface with a menu button, rotary encoder, and display for configuring fixture parameters such as correlated color temperature, green/magenta balance, intensity, and HSI settings. It connects to compatible ZOLAR fixtures through the dedicated controller cable, with the Blade 120C system using a 16 m controller cable. This configuration allows the operator to control the light remotely from the fixture head while maintaining a practical separation between the lighting unit and its power/control hardware.

Power flexibility is a key function of the CT001. The controller accepts compatible 14.4–28.8 V V-Mount batteries and incorporates a V-Mount battery plate, allowing supported ZOLAR fixtures to operate without the external AC power-supply unit. It can alternatively be connected to the dedicated ZOLAR power supply through its 3-pin DC power input. The controller therefore provides a practical solution for both mains-powered studio operation and battery-powered location production.

Wireless connectivity is integrated into the CT001, with FCC certification covering 2.4 GHz wireless operation. The certified operating range is 2402–2480 MHz, with Wi-Fi operation documented in the 2.4 GHz band. This wireless capability supports integration with the ZOLAR control ecosystem and provides additional flexibility for remote lighting management.
