Certified for NDI|HX3, it pushes clean video across standard Gigabit Ethernet at low latency, using a fraction of Full NDI's bandwidth. Inside the compact camera body, a 4/3-inch CMOS sensor delivers 11.5 stops of dynamic range and 4K UHD up to 60 fps, with dual native ISO (500 and 2500) holding image quality from bright rooms to low light. White balance from 2300 to 7500K keeps color space matched across every camera.

One Ethernet cable does the work of two: PoE+ powers the camera and carries data, while built-in NDI tally shows operators the live camera at a glance. Need a traditional feed? Does the Z CAM E1509 E2N work with OBS, vMix, and Zoom?

Yes. Its native NDI|HX3 output shows up in vMix directly, and OBS pulls it once the NDI plugin is installed, with no Stream Converter app. For Zoom or Teams, route it through OBS or vMix as a virtual camera.

Do you need extra software or an NDI license to stream from the Z CAM E1509 E2N?

No. NDI|HX3 is built in, so the E2N joins your network as a certified NDI source with no converter app or paid license. That is the main upgrade over the older E2C. The Z CAM control app is a free download.

Does the Z CAM E1509 E2N come with a lens, battery, or cables?

As a box camera, it ships without a lens, so add your own Micro Four Thirds glass or an adapter. The standard package also leaves out the AC adapter, LP-E6 battery, and Ethernet cable. Since AVGear sells tested used gear, check the listing for included accessories.
