Designed as a 1RU rack-mountable component, the PRO model distinguishes itself from the base CAPTURE-HD by adding a professional 3G-SDI input, allowing direct connection of HD-SDI or 3G-SDI broadcast cameras alongside the standard HDMI and RGBHV inputs for computer and A/V presentation sources. The device records in the efficient H.264 format at full 1080p resolution, storing content internally to a provided SDHC memory card or an externally connected USB hard drive for later upload to network servers or content management platforms.

Designed for ease of use in professional environments, the CAPTURE-HD-PRO features an intuitive front panel interface equipped with large, color-coded record, pause, and stop buttons, an LED bargraph meter for monitoring audio levels, and a full-color LCD screen for feedback and setup. It can be operated standalone for ad-hoc recording or integrated into a complete Crestron CaptureLiveHD ecosystem managed by Crestron Fusion software, enabling scheduled recordings and enterprise-wide content management.
