Designed to switch between two HDMI source devices to a single display, this compact unit supports computer and video signals up to 4K with 4:4:4 chroma sampling at 8-bit color. It handles data rates up to 10.2 Gbps and supports HDMI features including Deep Color up to 12-bit, 3D, Lip Sync, and HD lossless audio formats. The switcher incorporates Extron's exclusive EDID Minder technology, which automatically manages EDID communication between connected devices to ensure sources power up correctly and maintain proper video output. Automatic input cable equalization compensates for signal loss when using long input cables, maintaining signal integrity up to 50 feet when used with Extron HDMI Pro Series cable.
