Every item leaves our warehouse the business day after it is purchased. The speed of shipping depends on how large your item is. Most items arrive in 7–10 business days.
We only sell equipment from well-known brands, and we thoroughly inspect every item to make sure it is as described, in working condition, and authentic.
The marketplace is where AV Gear clients can list their own gear. These items are not shipped to AV Gear for testing and repair, so the private seller will ship the items themselves.
Every item comes with a 30-day warranty. If you aren’t happy with your purchase, you have 30 days to send it back to us for your money back.
We do! Send us a picture of your item with a description and we will let you know how much we can offer for your item.
We usually send the quote in only a few hours. If you request a quote outside business hours then it can take longer.
When you sell your item, you are selling it directly to AV Gear, and you get your payment from us immediately. When you list your item, you are creating the product description and listing the item yourself on our website, and you won’t get paid for the item until it sells to another buyer. Both are great options depending on what you are looking for.
Payment for sold items will be submitted to the seller upon the buyer’s receipt of the item, confirmation of condition, and after the return period is over.
