Return Procedures: Any merchandise returned to AVGEAR.COM must have an RA (Return Authorization) number attached. Without this number the package may be refused or not properly identified as to its origin and reason for being returned. Please call us for an RA number and have documentation such as the invoice or packing slip ready when you call. Make sure that all packing, accessories, and manuals are returned to avoid additional restocking fees. If the package is damaged upon arrival, please notify us immediately so no additional fees will be charged upon return.
Pricing and Product Specifications: Prices and product specifications are subject to change without notice. AVGEAR.COM is not liable for costs or damages due to errors in product specifications. Special prices may be limited to certain merchandise and quantities in stock.
Product Images: We make every effort to provide quality images on our web site, but we are sometimes limited to what is provided to us by the manufacturers.
Cancellation: Customer may cancel up to 14 days after receipt of order. Unless a written cancellation is received, AVGEAR.COM will assume merchandise is still wanted and will make shipments.
Warranty: All warranties are with the manufacturer.
Payment Processing: Credit card payments are processed immediately at the time an order is placed.
Refunds: In the case of order cancellation refunds or merchandise credits will be made within 10 days of written request, only for cancelled and unshipped merchandise.
Satisfaction Policy: Merchandise may be returned within 15 business days of receipt subject to manufacturer’s processing and restocking fees, if the original manufacturer's carton is unopened and undamaged. If the package has been opened, there will be a processing and restocking fee charged subject to manufacturer’s specifications. Used or damaged merchandise, missing accessories, or packaging cannot be accepted. The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses from and to us on returns. Returns are not allowed on special-order/non-stock, custom goods, closeout, used or discontinued merchandise. All returns must have an RA-number on the package; please call a Sales Pro for details.
Defective Merchandise: AVGEAR.COM will do warranty and non-warranty work on many of the brands it sells. We will work with the manufacturer on your behalf.
