TANNOY VX 15Q 15″ PowerDual Full Range Loudspeaker with Q-Centric Waveguide for Portable and Installation Applications

Check out the black Tannoy VX 15Q, a single passive 15″ loudspeaker offering high output and optimal phase coherence for multipurpose use as an FOH speaker, a floor monitor, or a side fill. The VX 15Q can be used as a passive full-range speaker or bi-amped. The speaker utilizes 1600W (peak) to drive the 15″ PowerDual driver, which provides a frequency response of 70 Hz to 25 kHz with a maximum SPL of 131. The speaker can also be used in a bi-amp configuration, where the low-frequency driver requires up to 1600W and the high-frequency driver requires up to 320W. The VX 15Q utilizes a Q-Centric waveguide for tight horizontal and vertical pattern control (75° H x 40° V). The vented and internally braced trapezoidal plywood enclosure features an array of mounting points including eight M10 flying inserts, eight M10 yoke bracket inserts, and a blanking plate, allowing versatile installation with separately available hardware.
